Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Roodie Hoodies as much as we loved creating them! We’ve worked really hard to make a quality product that you and your pet will love. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, return your purchase to us within 30 days. There are always exceptions. Email if you wish to discuss your specific situation. We are reasonable. :)

Please read this whole policy page carefully.

To be eligible for an exchange / return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Ideally in the original packaging.

IMPORTANT Conditions:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Merchandise that has been washed, soiled or worn, or which is returned without the tag, will not be accepted.

We only replace / exchange items if they are defective or damaged OR if a new size is needed, NOT if damaged by the customer.


In order to do an exchange or refund we need to assign you a unique RMA Number (Return Authorization Number) so we know to expect it. To get this you will first need to email us. Please DO NOT simply return the item(s) without first contacting us as they will not be accepted and returned to sender (at sender’s expense).

1) Email: (subject line: RMA) to obtain your RMA Number (Return Authorization Number), within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.

For Exchanges: In your email please indicate:

a) The size(s) and color(s) you wish to exchange.
b) The new size(s) and or color(s) you would like to receive.
c) T
he Order Number and your Full Name from your receipt.
d) If the item is defective, indicate how.

For RefundsIn your email please indicate:

a) The size(s) and color(s) you will be sending back for a refund.
b) The Order Number and your Full Name from your receipt. 
c) The reason for your return.

2) We will reply to your email in a timely manner, with your unique RMA Number. Then you may ship the item(s) back (you will be responsible for the return shipping cost) to the address we give you. You MUST include the RMA Number on the OUTSIDE of the package.

Important Notes

1) Returns / exchanges that DO NOT have a RMA Number written on the OUTSIDE of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).

2) Returns / exchanges received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will NOT be mailed back and will NOT be refunded.

3) Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment asap.

4) Final Sale items may NOT be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. ie Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging / returning your item(s) to our USA location. In the case of an exchange we will cover the shipping costs to send the new exchange item(s) to you.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).

If an item is defective there are cases where we will cover the return shipping cost. If you wish to do an exchange on a defective item please follow the above Exchange process and in the reason for return indicate how this item is defective.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged / replacement product to reach you, may vary.

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
